Hall & Corridor Monitors
This year we have grown our pupil leadership groups even more as so many of our pupil's want to take responsibility and show their pride and respect for our wonderful school. After job adverts were shared and application forms completed, the children had face to face interviews to discuss the role and explain the skills and qualities that they had which would make them suitable for the job.
Hall Assistants
Mrs Cook would be lost without the Hall Monitors, they have the very important job of preparing the hall for the many events that take place each week, such as Acts of Worship, Merit Assembly, Hymn singing, Masses, Liturgies, Showcase events. This dedicated group take their role very seriously and health and safety always comes first! Proudly wearing their smart, navy blue high-viz vests, they are efficient and effective, working as a team to complete the job to a very high standard.
Corridor Monitors:
These reliable pupils take responsibility for ensuring that the high expectation we have a St Richard's for 'Green Behaviour' and 'Green Walking' are maintained as pupils leave the classroom and make their way through the corridors to Act of Worship, Merit and other whole school events. Highly visible in their red high-viz vests, these pupils are stationed around the school as shining role-models for each class, giving quiet reminders and polite gestures if required.
